  3. Office LAN networking, WIFI campus services are available for business customers.

General Terms for broadband Internet connections:

  1. Installation charges Rs 500/- per connection.
  2. Installation charges includes 10m of ethernet cable. In case of additional requirement for cable, extra charges will be applicable.
  3. Security deposit depending upon the device. Based on the type of device, security charges can vary between Rs 2500 to Rs 5000/- for broad (min Rs 3500/-).
  4. Additional Goods & Services Tax applicable.
  5. All plans listed above are broadband plans.
  6. The “Download Speeds” are indicative and may vary depending on your location, feasibility, concurrent sessions, user load & weather conditions etc.

 

BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

  1. All plans are Pre-paid plans.
  2. All plans are renewed on 1st of every month.
  3. The due date for payment is 7th of every month.
  4. In case of delay in payment, a grace period of 3 days is provided to customers who inform us via email at support@vayudoot.in or by calling us at 9817772737.
  5. In case payment is not received by 10th of each month, the connection is temporarily deactivated, till the payment dues are cleared by the customer.
  6. The customer can deposit payment directly in our bank account through netbanking or send us a cheque.
  7. In case of temporary disconnection, the connection will be reactivated after clearance of monthly dues and payment of Rs 100/- reactivation charges.

 

CHANGE IN PLAN

  1. “Change in Plan” requests have to be sent in writing to support@vayudoot.in from your registered mail id or by calling us at 9817772737 from your registered contact number.
  2. In case of downgrade, the new plan will be changed after the expiry of the current plan.
  3. In case of an upgrade, the new plan will be changed after receipt of the additional payment as per the revised tariff plan.

 

DEACTIVATION POLICY

  1. “Deactivation requests” have to be sent in writing to support@vayudoot.in from your registered email id or by calling us at 9817772737 from your registered contact number.
  2. Your plan will be Deactivated as per your request
  3. No discounts will be offered in lieu of the deactivation request, unless the Deactivation is for a period of more than 1 month.
  4.  If the deactivation term is for more than a month, we need to collect the device from your location, which will later be reinstalled at your reactivation request.

 

DISCONNECTION & REFUND POLICY

  1. “Disconnection requests” have to be sent in writing to support@vayudoot.in from your registered mail id or by calling us at 9817772737 from your registered contact number.
  2. Upon receiving your request for Disconnection, we will Deactivate your connection.
  3. Thereafter, our support engineer, will visit your location and physically remove our device.
  4. After the receipt of the device in our office, our technical team, will check the device for its working condition.
  5. On confirmation from technical team about the working condition of the device, we will issue you a refund as per the device security agreement/CAF signed by customer during the connection installation:
    • Within 1 month of connection activation: Full Refund of device security value.
    • From 2nd month till 6 months of connection activation: 80% of device security value.
    • From 6th month till 12 months of connection activation: 50% of device security value.
    • From 12th month till 24th month of connection activation: 20% of device security value.
    • Over 24 months from date of connection activation : N/A
  6. Installation charges are not refunded.
  7. No refund is given in case the device is faulty due to electrical surge or any physical damage.
